E/EH Designations
In this series the “E” designation stands for electric start while the “H” represents hybrid or Dual Fuel capability meaning our “EH” units can run on either gasoline or liquid propane which provides the freedom and flexibility of fuel choice.

All copper windings are a unique quality to DuroMax generators, ensuring your generator lasts up to double the run life of generators that utilize aluminum or aluminum blend gensets.
Our EH and E series generators come equipped with various start types from keyed starts, rocker starts, and push button starts on our XP13000E and EH models. All EH and E series models utilize all metal construction frames which make the units more rugged and stronger compared to competitor units that utilize mainly plastic components. In addition, the EH and E series have fully isolated motor mounts, and an oversized noise reducing muffler with a built-in spark arrestor allowing for smooth and quiet operation. All EH and E models run on solid-fill no flat tires with an included handle kit for smooth transportation over any terrain.
Equipped with larger gasoline tanks compared to similar size competitor models, the EH and E series are known for extended run times of over 8 hours on a full tank of gasoline. All EH and E series generators are both EPA and CARB approved for use in all 50 states, and are covered by a 3-year residential, 1-year commercial factory warranty
