The HX Series is an exclusive Dual Fuel line up, where all models can run on either gasoline or liquid propane which provides the freedom and flexibility of fuel choice. In this series the “H” represents hybrid fuel capability, and the “X” represents having CO Alert technology.

This series also features an all-new onboard control center with digital multimeter, and a front facing fuel interface allowing you to change your fuel type in seconds. The 10,000 watt an above models feature a push button start, while the smaller models utilize a rocker start mechanism. Harnessing the power of DuroMax OHV engines ranging from 500cc to 210cc this portable generator family has any size unit you need from 4850 watts to 13000 watts of Dual Fuel, DuroMax power.

All copper windings are a critical quality when it comes to DuroMax generators, doubling the run life of generators that utilize aluminum or aluminum blend gensets.

All HX Series models utilize all metal construction frames which make the units more rugged and stronger compared to competitor units that utilize mainly plastic components. In addition, the HX Series has fully isolated motor mounts, and an oversized noise reducing muffler with a built-in spark arrestor allowing for smooth and quiet operation. Like all DuroMax generators, these models run on solid-fill no flat tires with an included handle kit for smooth transportation over any terrain, and are EPA and CARB approved for use in all 50 States, and are covered by a 3-year residential, 1-year commercial factory warranty.
